For Agencies

Expand your Amazon offer. Keep the client relationship.

ADelier gives marketing agencies flexible access to marketplace strategy, listing optimization, conversion creative, AI-assisted production, and team training — with defined expert review and explicit protection of agency-introduced accounts.

Why agencies need a flexible Amazon capability

Clients increasingly expect their agency to have an answer for Amazon. Building that answer in-house means hiring specialists before demand is steady, carrying their cost between projects, and accepting delivery risk while the team learns. A flexible capability lets the agency say yes to the work now and decide later what to own.

  • Specialist hires are a fixed cost; Amazon demand across a client base rarely is.
  • Delivering marketplace work without an established standard puts the client relationship at risk.
  • A partner model works only when scope, review, and ownership of the client are explicit.

Choose the partnership model

  • White-label delivery

We deliver under your brand. Your client sees your agency; we work to your scope and review gates.

  • Co-delivery

We work alongside your team on the account, sharing the reasoning so your people learn on live work.

  • Agency enablement

We help your leadership define, scope, and launch an Amazon offer your own team delivers.

  • Hybrid pod

A recurring specialist pod covers agreed work while your team builds capability on the rest.

Training and Team Enablement

Standalone training for agency teams

Both launch programs can be purchased on their own. Training is not an add-on to a delivery engagement and does not require one.

Audience
Agency account teams, marketplace specialists, content teams, and brand marketers responsible for Amazon product pages.
Problem

One private day or two half-days, with pre-work and a 30-day applied review.
Outputs
  • Completed ASIN diagnosis
  • Revised message hierarchy
  • Image-sequence brief

Format
Two leadership sessions, one applied pilot, and a review over two to four weeks.
Outputs
  • Offer architecture
  • Qualification and scoping guide
  • Delivery and quality model
  • Internal-versus-partner role map
  • Commercial and change-control principles
  • Pilot-account plan

Five commitments

Agency Partner Promise

  • Your client remains your client.
  • Visibility is your choice.
  • Scope, turnaround, revisions, and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
  • Expert review is defined, not implied.
  • No client name, asset, or result is used publicly without written approval.

Quality gates

How quality is protected

Eight gates, each with an owner. Work does not move forward until the gate in front of it is passed.

  1. 01

    Brief quality

The commercial question, audience, and constraints are agreed before work starts.

  2. 02

    Strategic quality

The recommendation follows from evidence and names the reason to choose.

  3. 03

    Content quality

Copy follows the agreed message hierarchy and reads for the shopper, not the algorithm alone.

  4. 04

    Claim quality

Every claim is supportable, visible, and checked against what the product can prove.

  5. 05

    Platform quality

Work respects current marketplace requirements and category rules.

  6. 06

    Visual quality

The image sequence answers objections in order and stays consistent with the brand.

  7. 07

    Implementation quality

Files, fields, and handoff notes are complete enough to publish without rework.

  8. 08

    Learning quality

What changed, and why, is recorded so the next round starts further ahead.

Ways to start

  • Paid pilot

One live client opportunity, a bounded scope, and a clear review at the end.

  • Monthly pod

Recurring specialist capacity with agreed priorities and service levels.

  • Standalone team program

Train your people first, with no delivery commitment attached.

Questions we are asked

Can you join client calls?

Yes, if you want us to. We can join as part of your team under your agency name, or stay behind the scenes. You decide case by case.

Can we mark up your work?

Yes. Your pricing to your client is your decision. We agree our fee with you; what you charge on top is yours to set.

Will you sell directly to our clients?

No. Accounts you introduce stay yours. That protection is written into the partnership agreement, not left to goodwill.

Do you only write listings?

No. Listings are one output. We also diagnose, position products, direct image sequences and A+ Content, brief creative, and train teams.

Can you train our team?

Yes. Amazon Conversion Foundations and Agency Marketplace Enablement are standalone programs you can buy without any delivery work.

Can you handle overflow only?

Yes, within an agreed scope. Overflow works best when priorities, turnaround, and review responsibilities are set before the first request.

Bring us one live client opportunity or one capability gap.

We will tell you whether a pilot, a pod, or a standalone program is the most useful start.
